Eliminate rotten shed floors

Designed, developed and manufactured by our specialist plastic injection technicians, the strong SHED BOOT elevates your wooden shed base off the hard ground by 20mm, allowing rainwater to escape and ensuring your timbers are properly ventilated to prevent damp and rot.

Extend the life of your new shed

The SHED BOOT is a robust new base solution that is quick and easy to fit. Raising your garden shed off the ground keeps your timbers dry and protects the floor from moisture and water damage by letting air circulate underneath, therefore preserving your shed and prolonging the life span of your garden building.

Eco Friendly made from recycled plastic

The SHED BOOT is made in the UK from 100% recycled and reprocessed, durable Polypropylene (PP), which does not compromise on quality of the product.

Instead of going IN the ground, it’s ON the ground…supporting and saving your shed!

Don't see your shed size?

The SHED BOOT is £7 per pack of 10 - you need one per ft (300mm) so a shed measuring 8ft x 6ft will require 8×6 individual shed boots = 48 (5 packs of 10).

If you can’t see your shed size above then use our handy calculator to work out how many you need.

HOW MANY DO I NEED?

Origin of the Product

When it came to renewing his old shed which was suffering from floor and lower wall rot, Roy Brown, an experienced toolmaker and mould tool designer, developed an idea to stop his new shed from suffering the same demise.

Roy invented and designed a plastic moulding that would be attached to the underside of the shed floor, pitched evenly out across the bearers before starting assembly. Ingenious yet simple, easy to fit mouldings which will not allow water to permeate through them and so in turn keeps the porous floor bearers dry. The added bonus of his design is that by raising the shed floor up from its hard standing, it allows the wooden floor to breath as air can pass underneath.

The PRODUCT NAME emerged by Roy thinking of the product's purpose i.e. it fits to the bottom of a SHED, it creates a barrier to the ground and keeps it dry – just as a BOOT works.

Thus, the birth of the SHED BOOT!

Roy approached his son, Paul Brown, who owns CYBERTOOLS LTD, a toolmaking and plastic injection specialist moulding company, who made the mould tool and manufactures the durable, 100% recycled and reprocessed polypropylene (PP) product.

There's no better person to explain the installation of the SHED BOOT than Roy himself, so scroll back up to watch his informative video!
